The Parakeeting of London, the book I wrote with fellow gonzo ornithologist Tim Mitchell in 2019, continues to lead to suitably serendipitous places. Tim and I both appeared in this 30-minute documentary made by European culture channel Arte and broadcast in Germany and France – available on Vimeo here. It features me awkwardly eating an apple plus getting painfully bitten by one of my subjects.
